-� Teams must have 6 active players
-� At least 3 active players per team must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents
-� Each team must have 2 subsitutes , at least 1 of which must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents
-� A coach is optional — but may also serve as a sub
-� Solo sign-ups are not accepted — full teams only
